Become a mentor

We appreciate your interest in making an important contribution to our mission as a mentor.

You are suitable as a mentor if you fulfil the following requirements:

  • Current or recent graduation from a Swiss higher education institution
  • Strong communication skills, responsibility, and open mindedness
  • Commitment to invest 2-3h per week for a year
  • Availability for regular meetings with your mentee
  • Participation at SEET events in Zurich, Switzerland (the participation in mentoring training, Kick-off event, half-time reflection and wrap up meeting is mandatory)
  • Fluency in German (C1 and higher)
  • Coaching, teaching and or mentoring experience with displaced people is a plus but not a prerequisite
